The purpose of these general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the ‘T&Cs’) is to provide a legal framework for the terms under which the website https://www.mauvessobritish.com/ and the services offered through it are made available, and to set out the conditions governing the ‘User’s’ access to and use of the services.

ARTICLE 9: Applicable law and competent court
French law applies to this contract.
Any dispute involving a consumer may be referred to the mediator at MÉDIATION DE L’ASSURANCE, TSA 50110, 75441 Paris Cedex 09 (www.mediation-assurance.org)
In the event that a dispute arising between the parties cannot be resolved amicably, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the matter.
